Login may be done using User Id (MGMI Membership no - only numeric part) and Password which is the date of Birth (in dd/mm/yyyy format) as registered with MGMI. After login, the instructions as given below may kindly be followed and E-mail address added/updated/corrected.

In case the DOB is not registered with MGMI, then a default DOB 01/01/2000 may be used. If even then the member’s page is not found, it is requested to contact MGMI office on 033-40005168/23573482 from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 5 PM (barring Public Holidays) for clarification till 12th August, 2024.

The E-mail address or the preferred / active E-mail address (in case of 2 e-mail addresses registered), may be provided in the box as E-mail 1 positively by 5 PM on 13th August 2024 after which the facility will be stopped temporarily till after Council Elections. These E-mail addresses will be needed for sending the Note for Election E-voting login credentials for MGMI Council for the period 2024-27.
